用户协议
您与深圳市海威康信息科技有限公司（以下简称“海威康”或“我们”）之间的关系受本协议条款（以下简称“服务条款”）的约束。您在使用海威康提供的游戏、网站及相关服务（以下简称“服务”）时，也需遵守海威康的隐私政策及其他相关政策，这些政策通过引用的方式纳入本协议。
在同意本协议的同时，您（以下简称“用户”）在法律上也同意遵守所有适用法规。与海威康提供的内容相关的所有元素（包括图像、故事、信息、角色），其版权均属于海威康及其业务合作伙伴。用户一旦使用海威康提供的内容/服务，即自动同意海威康制定的规则和协议。
本规定旨在制定海威康提供的所有内容和服务（网络游戏）的使用条款。服务的发布和运营权完全归海威康所有。
为提高服务质量，海威康可随时更改服务或官方网站的部分或全部内容，恕不另行通知。
海威康保留随时修改和变更本协议的权利。用户应定期登录海威康官方网站查看最新的法律协议。
海威康有义务对用户的所有信息和个人数据保密。海威康不会将这些信息提供给第三方，但向用户提供内容/服务的海威康业务合作伙伴除外。
希望使用海威康服务的潜在用户必须通过官方网站进行注册，并提供准确、完整和清晰的信息。
如果由于条件限制或设施缺乏而导致服务中断或服务质量低下，海威康有权限制向用户提供的服务，直至问题得到解决。
海威康服务的所有元素（商品、物品、角色）均为海威康的专有财产。任何对这些元素的购买或使用仅代表在使用服务期间的使用权，并不代表用户对其所有权的认可。
在服务出现问题时，海威康有义务通过官方网站通知用户维护计划。用户如发现服务问题，有权通过推荐方式或论坛反馈相关信息。
用户如需修改个人信息（注册码、电子邮箱、暗号），应通过官方网站或海威康提供的其他方式进行修改。代他人注册或提供不准确信息，海威康无法保护用户的信息。
ID和密码的保密责任完全由用户承担，海威康不对因黑客攻击、破解或其他形式的滥用服务而导致的ID数据更改负责。
用户不得在授权用户知情或不知情的情况下使用其他用户的帐户ID。
除非得到海威康的授权，用户不得代表个人或团体使用海威康的服务进行商业活动。
如果由于连接延迟或滞后导致用户丢失免费服务的内容，海威康不负责提供任何形式的补偿。
海威康保留因国家紧急状态、自然灾害或终止与商业伙伴的协议而限制和/或中断服务的权利。
海威康不对以下行为提出建议或承担责任：
· 交易ID和密码
· 使用其他货币交易海威康服务获得的元素
· 注册/登记ID时提供不准确、不完整的信息
· 与其他用户共享ID和服务元素
海威康不对因以下原因导致的服务元素终止负责：
· 国家紧急状态
· 用户的失误
· 非因海威康原因导致的电力中断
海威康保留在确认某个ID存在不当行为时封禁或删除该ID的权利。
用户在有效期内未使用服务，充值金额将不予退还。
用户同意免除海威康管理层、员工及业务合作伙伴因用户行为所产生的任何责任。
海威康不对因提供的免费服务造成的任何损害负责。
海威康不负责解决用户与第三方之间的冲突，也不提供由此产生的任何赔偿。
用户对在本服务中获得的游戏币、游戏道具和虚拟物品负责。所有形式的损失和使用均不作任何形式的补偿。
如果用户的帐号在一年内没有任何登录记录，海威康有权在不事先通知的情况下删除用户的帐号ID。
如果用户支付游戏费用时使用的ID信息与真实ID信息不符，现金将无法以任何形式退还。
海威康不对用户在服务、网站和论坛上所写信息的准确性和正确性负责。
如与用户之间发生争议，可根据用户所在国家的法律解决。
用户在此声明已阅读并理解海威康规定的所有规则和条件。使用海威康的服务即表示用户接受本用户协议的所有条款和条件。

You and Shenzhen Haiweikang Information Technology Co., Ltd.. (hereinafter referred to as "HWK Game" or "we") are bound by the terms of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Service"), which governs your relationship with HWK Game regarding your use of the games, websites, and related services provided by Shenzhen Haiweikang Information Technology Co., Ltd.. (hereinafter referred to as "Services"). The use of the Services is also subject to HWK Game's privacy policy and other relevant policies, which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.
By agreeing to this agreement, you (hereinafter referred to as "User") legally consent to comply with all applicable regulations concerning the content/services provided. All elements related to the content provided by HWK Game (including images, stories, information, characters) are copyrighted by HWK Game and its business partners. By using the content/services provided by HWK Game, you automatically agree to the rules and agreements established by HWK Game.
1. These regulations aim to establish the basic rules for using all content/services (online games) provided by HWK Game. The rights to publish and operate these services are solely owned by HWK Game.
2. To improve service quality, HWK Game may change part or all of the content of the services or official website without prior notice.
3. HWK Game reserves the right to modify and change this agreement at any time. Users should regularly log in to the HWK Game official website to review this legal agreement.
4. HWK Game is obligated to keep all user information and personal data confidential. HWK Game will not disclose this information to others, except to HWK Game's business partners who provide content/services to users.
5. Potential users wishing to use HWK Game’s services must register through the official website and provide accurate, complete, and clear information.
6. If service interruptions or poor service quality occur due to conditions or lack of facilities, HWK Game has the right to limit the services provided to users until the issue is resolved.
7. All elements of HWK Game's services (goods, items, characters) are proprietary to HWK Game. Any purchase or use of these elements does not signify ownership but merely grants usage rights during the service period.
8. In case of service issues, HWK Game is obliged to notify users of maintenance plans through the official website. If users find problems with the services provided, they have the right to provide relevant information through the recommended methods or forums.
9. Users wishing to modify personal information (registration code, email, password) must do so through the official website or other means provided by HWK Game. Registering on behalf of others or providing inaccurate information may prevent HWK Game from protecting user information.
10. Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their IDs and passwords. HWK Game is not responsible for any changes to ID data due to hacking, cracking, or other forms of service abuse.
11. Users must not use other users' account IDs with or without their knowledge.
12. Users may not use HWK Game’s services for commercial activities on behalf of individuals or groups without authorization from HWK Game.
13. HWK Game is not responsible for any loss of free service content (goods, items, characters) due to connection delays or lag.
14. HWK Game reserves the right to limit and/or interrupt services due to national emergencies, natural disasters, or termination of employment/contracts with HWK Game's business partners.
15. HWK Game does not recommend, endorse, or assume responsibility for the following actions:
- Trading IDs and passwords.
- Using Indonesian rupiah or other currencies to trade virtual currencies or elements obtained from HWK Game services (real money transactions).
- Cash transactions for service elements (goods, items, characters).
- Registering IDs with inaccurate, incomplete, or unclear information.
- Sharing IDs and service elements (goods, items, characters) with other users.
16. HWK Game is not responsible for the termination of service elements (goods, items, characters) due to:
- National emergencies (war, natural disasters), contract termination/expiration with partners, and other uncontrollable circumstances.
- User errors, intentional or unintentional.
- Power outages not caused by HWK Game.
17. HWK Game reserves the right to ban, delete, or take severe actions against any ID exhibiting the following behaviors:
- Using obscene, rude, disrespectful, or defamatory language in ID names, character names, or guild names.
- Hacking or cracking other users' IDs or passwords.
- Making false reports under the guise of hacking or fraud.
- Committing financial fraud or any form of element (goods, items, characters) against other users.
- Intentionally or unintentionally distributing, receiving, or collecting hacked items from other users.
- Buying or selling data or information that violates other users' privacy.
- Encouraging or organizing other users to engage in disrespectful, inappropriate, obscene, or racially offensive activities.
- Abusive, rude jokes, or other offenses against other users.
- Using ID names, character names, or guild names similar to HWK Game GM, operators, administrators, or staff for any purpose.
- Defaming or spreading rumors/news about HWK Game's general manager, operators, administrators, or staff.
- Intentionally or unintentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities (bugs, errors) and/or illegal service programs (third-party illegal software).
- Defaming and/or physically or mentally threatening other users on the service.
18. If users do not use the service within the validity period, the recharge amount will not be refunded. HWK Game is not responsible for any errors that occur during the recharge process unless caused by HWK Game's service error.
19. Users agree to indemnify HWK Game’s management, staff, and business partners from any liabilities arising from users' actions or conduct on HWK Game services or the official website.
20. HWK Game is not responsible for any damages resulting from the free service content (goods, items, characters) it provides.
21. HWK Game is not responsible for resolving conflicts between users and third parties, nor for providing any compensation arising from such conflicts.
22. Any game currency, game items, and virtual goods obtained within this service are the user's responsibility. No form of compensation will be provided for any losses or uses of these items.
23. Users can obtain game currency, game items, and virtual goods through recharges. If a user's account has no login records for a year, HWK Game has the right to delete the user’s account ID without prior notice.
24. If the ID information used during payment differs from the real ID information, cash will not be refunded in any form.
25. HWK Game is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information written by users on the service, website, and forums.
26. If disputes arise between HWK Game and the user regarding the services, they may be resolved according to the applicable laws of the user's country.
The user hereby declares that they have read and understood all the rules and conditions set by HWK Game. By using HWK Game's services, the user accepts all terms and conditions of this user agreement.
